Astralasia's Alien Love Song has been remixed by Salt Tank, if you want to catch Astralasia live they are performing at The Ballroom, Lenton Boulevard, Nottingham on Friday November 14th.


Chicane and Salt Tank have collaborated on a track called "Leaving Town" for Chicane's debut album "Far from the maddening crowds" which is released on 20/10/97 on CD/MC/LP.


Catch Salt Tank live on their new autumn tour which should be announced soon to coincide with the album release.


The 1989 summer classic Sueno Latino is being reissued with a number of remixes including an excellent Salt Tank remix. Other remixes are from Love From San Francisco, Express of Sound and Club Zebra, the original is included as is the Derrick May/Carl Craig remix, an essential purchase out 29/9/97 on Distinctive records.


Second album "Wave Breaks" is now released on 22nd September on CD and gate-fold double pack vinyl. The track listing is as follows: 1.Diamond Hale, 2. Da-Blues 3. Wave Intruder, 4. C-Jax, 5. Ritual, 6.Badlands, 7. Angels Landing, 8. After Hours


New single called "Wave Intruder" out August 18th on CD and 12", featuring a different version of "Pi", the CD includes a bonus track "Opus".


Salt Tank have performed at Dance Valley 97 Festival in Amsterdam which took place on Saturday 9th August on the Neptune Stage, along with label mates The Advent, CJ Bolland. Other live acts included Zion Train, Paperclip People, Quazar, AWeX and Baby Doc. There were also 75 DJs including Jeff Mills, Carl Cox, Miss DJAX, Billy Nasty, Darren Emmerson, Kenny Larkin, Colin Dale, Dimitri, Derrik May, Mr.C, Rob Playford, Gayle San, Tony De Vit, Tom Harding, Steve Rachmad and Adam Freeland. I believe their was also a live broadcast of the whole festival over the Internet.
